The idea that policing in DC, and in the US, has a lot of problems - that isn't based on a few isolated incidents. Police forces need to do some serious self-examination. Also, it's interesting that you used the word "neuter," as though MPD was previously manly and has now been emasculated.[/quote] Does neuter only refer to emasculating men or does that actually show us more about the way your brain works.
