We do alright for ourselves. We have 2 teams at the moment, last year we had 3 but we had a bunch of players graduate. While one of our teams is "new", our other team has been together for 4 years and our team that aged out had a majority of the girls stay together for about 6-7 years. some of the girls have been with us since Middle School. We carry a "big roster" simply because we have a lot of girls who play various of HS sports so their time commitment varies at times. We also still have a couple of girls who are out with injuries or opted out due to COVID, or only registered for the Fall but remain on our roster in order to keep an active player card. Game days we usually avg. 17 or on the rare occasion we have everyone available, we have the ability to move a player to the other team in order to get playing time. it's worked out okay for us in our little bubble.
