So DCI made 77 seats available for Chinese and then made 24 offers. Are we really to believe that over 100 kids matriculated from You Ying to DCI? And what accounts for the 20 seats and 20 more offers for Chinese in 7th grade? And for French, 40 seats and 11 more offers. Stokes does not have that many kids in French.
