They are a college student with only a limited understanding of US DMV rules and regulations.

The registration is uptodate. They did that just before they left. I guess we'll have to Fedex the title, unless there is some power of attorney possible.

It's a Lexus SUV. Don't know which model. Probably 5+ years old.  [/quote]
