Although the graph actually suggests that the bottom 94% or so will pay more taxes, so there may be a typo in the text. If it weren't so tragic it would be funny because you almost get the feeling that he's only running to reduce his own taxes at everybody else's expense. It must be so weird being a staffer for this guy (unless you're a complete moron of course, in which case it's self-explanatory).
