What the above poster is referring to is "PEP" programs, specifically PEP Collaborative (I think that's the right program), which is a special needs preschool program that allows neurotypical kids to join special needs peers. However, there IS preschool offered in some schools, which, along with head-start, is offered to income eligible families. [/quote]
