OP is correct.
I just looked at the chart and even in the weeks before Thanksgiving, there were many days that they had 10,000+, 9,000+ and 8,000+.

That vm could be attributed to Halloween, but even before Halloween their numbers were really high in the 7,000 - 9,000 range.

I just think there are a lot of very ignorant people who live there, who think the rules don't apply to them or that they're immune.

I live in Florida - the governor is encouraging people to behave as if there is no virus, and he has since day one. To the extent anyone takes cues from those in charge, DeSantis has a lot of blood on his hands.

Luckily in my city we have leadership that is at least trying to keep us alive. But that is not the case in a lot of the rest of the state. It's really baffling, and awful.[/quote]
