I need to incorporate exercise in my morning routine desperately. Having a dog forces you to exercise twice a day. :( I don't get any exercise in, in the first hour. The second hour is pretty much breakfast and cooking for the day. (which works for us and I don't mind because that way meals stop being an issue for my 6 member family). But after that, I am genuinely not in the mood to do exercise because I am sort of tired with all that standing. I guess I have to get at least some exercise in (maybe 10 minutes to start with) before I start cooking. [/quote]
