She was the only woman who was a part of the regular panel on the 538 podcast. There were other women who were occasional guests

I'm really disappointed she got let go. I think she is great. Hopefully some other outlet is smart enough to snatch her right up.

Also, I was never a political reporter - I had another beat - but this is why I left journalism. The instability of the job market. Even someone like Clare Malone isn't safe. It's terrible, and you can't help but think of how many people aren't producing journalism because of it.[/quote]
