I didn't read the few responses before I wrote this, so whoever wants to can slam me for being superficial and selfish but I will say that we have donated a lot this year to charities and families like a PP mentioned. I was thinking OP was asking for things that would truly be for her. For what it's worth, I asked for a new vacuum for Christmas but the coffee machine idea was something I had spoken about with a friend's husband and I know my friend will be thrilled with it since she misses her normal Starbucks routine since she doesn't go to the office anymore.
