Looking for a new perfume...like clean, crisp, maybe fruity smells......anyone like clean the brand, need to go smell some but help me narrow down choices. Thanks.
I have an idea that may really help you out. Tomorrow, go to the mall. Take a peek at Sephora, maybe Macys. Perhaps Nordies. At these retail establishments you can test the perfumes, these "scents", as you call them. You can *smell* them, with your very own nose. Get a sense of what they are all about and whether or not you like them. The neat thing about these retail establishments, the experiences sales staff will not only know which "scents" have the desired smells you enjoy (fruity, crisp, clean), the sales reps will also know which scents are new. It will save you so much times posting and asking people this information and it will get you to the source of what you need. You can doooooooo it!
Poster is right to get suggestions. You can't smell all of them in a day, even in your preferred category. Your nose habituates to scent components and that means your nose is only reliable for so many tests. It's best to narrow the list and -- shocker, pp -- recommendations are one way to do that.
