A restaurant that can say seat 15 people at any one time may serve 100 people over the day, with NO MASKS. Whereas the plan to return to school was limited to ELEVEN kids in a cohort that doesn't change. If you can't see the difference between 100 different people every day, with no masks, day in and day out, and a stable cohort of 11 masked kids ... maybe you shouldn't even be giving your opinion.
