It’s just not well attended since it’s so late in the season.[/quote] It's actually a pretty fun tournament, but as you noted not too well attended. They bring over Southampton academy youth coaches, and in past years sent a Southampton U13 boys team to play in the tournament. Put up big screens with EPL games, have giveaways (scarves) for kids who do some sort of fitness test, and hand out man of the match certificates. They also choose some players to go to Southampton for a week (though I don't think airfare is comped) from the Baltimore tourney as well as others (TX and FL I think). [/quote]
