Boy or girl? We use Lens Crafters because of their children's repair/replacement policy. It works very well for us. When DS was 2-5 years old, he would break his glasses at least every few months and would usually need a replacement pair. Lens Crafters would repair whenevery possible (many times I didn't think they could, but they did) and would let us move the lenses to another set of frames if they had the same style in stock (happened a few times). Price was reasonble, selection usually around 60-100 pairs, depending on the store. If you travel you can get them repaired/replaced at any location.
My little boy also keeps breaking his glasses. We got his glasses from the online glasses vendor Zenni Optical which is much cheaper than Lens Crafters. And we always purchase multiple pairs as backups. Till now, we have not suffered any problems. Moreover, zenni also has a selection of more than 100 pairs for children’s glasses.
