The Black Ops teams are not just for WSYL.  They will turn into National grade based Teams after that and compete through high School at tournaments such as Naptown.  There is no poaching going on. All three Organizations are working together and have been on board since the beginning. There is very little player movement between DXC/NL/VLC.

Another great avenue to get recruited if the family wishes to participate.
