Yes, it was hard enough being IMPACTed in a regular school year and scratching out an Effective because Im not one of Admin's favorite to get a guaranteed Effective or coveted Highly Effective. The latter I will NEVER get at this school, no matter what I do or feedback implemented. Other than that I am fine with being IMPACTed with TAS not being counted! That would be disastrous with inaccurate data. [/quote]

I'm sorry to hear that. Honestly I am looking forward to Impact changes, admin has was too much power. You could score a 4.0 in everything but if you have a 3.3-4 or less EP score that's it.

And some admin really do play favorites and even reported nothing gets done. Tip for you, my first school I had horrible admin. He gave me a 3.3, but I recorded the lesson he came in on and used that as proof. I didn't even have to escalate it I told him during the meeting, hey let's go over the recording I took instead.
He looked at me and as we went over things, my scores changed. Gotta love 1 party consent.[/quote]
