Luckily I used to teach sped kids, so not an issue.[/quote] Yes, it was hard enough being IMPACTed in a regular school year and scratching out an Effective because Im not one of Admin's favorite to get a guaranteed Effective or coveted Highly Effective. The latter I will NEVER get at this school, no matter what I do or feedback implemented. Other than that I am fine with being IMPACTed with TAS not being counted! That would be disastrous with inaccurate data. [/quote]
