I would guess the runny eyes are just seasonal allergens and you might try an eye wash just to rinse out the irritants. My current senior rescue hound has persistently goopy eyes that don't clear up with antibiotics but do vary with the pollen count. Worth investigating further if the eyes are irritated or the goop is green-yellow and not just runny, but I doubt that's related to the bile-barfing.[/quote]
