[/quote] I'm sure that's how they are spinning it, but they are not offering hybrid, they are offering in-person classes to a small percentage of kids. Most kids in DC will not even have the option of in-person instruction under their plan. [/quote] DCPS just sent an email out to staff saying they looked again at the hybrid plan and decided that kids would get less instruction if they implemented it. [/quote]
