I ended up ordering it within a week of my newborn coming home. We use it daily for downstairs naps. To op, I second Nordstrom (if they carry the brand you want); they have samples in the store and you order the items you want. Its possible the fuss with BuyBuy Baby is to do with inventory issues across the brand. If you know what you want check for "authorized retailers" on the manufacturer website and just call through local stores to see if they have it. [/quote]
