I try to buy paraben-free personal care products.  Not all but most of the WF products are.  DH has eczema so I buy fragrance-free items for him (shave gel, shampoo, etc.).  For the floss, I don't care about it being "natural" but the BEST floss I have ever used is the Desert Essence dental TAPE (they have floss and tape, go for the tape).  It has tea tree oil on it which is also supposed to be beneficial.  Whatever, I just think it's the most effective floss there is--the shape/texture does a great job.  Hence floss from WF.  I buy a dozen floss packages at a time, any time it's on sale (for the case discount + sale price).

Personally, I buy 80% of my groceries between WF and Trader Joes.  I'd say 15% from Costco and the rest from other sources (HMart, Giant, Safeway).  When I go to Giant or Safeway, I find their prices expensive for what it is, especially.  I buy seasonally (and thus on sale) from WF and I get much higher quality produce for less!  WF is not cheap but buying on sale is great (and healthy--we eat a lot of cool produce).  When I go to WF and need very specific items for a recipe, say for a dinner party because I've set my heart on it, then it can be expensive.  But I love WF quality and customer service.[/quote]
