If they need it immediately, they're going to need to check in with individual owners and just keep asking until someone gives them the answer that they need. We just stayed in our 1st airbnb and I was only looking at ones that claimed to follow the new deeper cleaning checklist protocol... and there was no way that the owner had done that despite claiming they did in their listing. Airbnb has a guide for what that cleaning should entail, including being transparent about process and procedures, so anyone who's legit following the protocol should have that info easily available and should understand the importance of adhering to it if they don't want to get flagged by airbnb or get bad reviews from guests.[/quote]
