Could be that work is on the slow side these days, so they are pricing it low. [/quote] not pp, but if you're using cheap pavers, it seems reasonable to me. There will be no skilled labors - all they have to do is dig out soil, haul it away, put down sand, tamp it and then put down pavers and your pit. It's not hard work. [/quote]
