If you’d like them to reconsider, I encourage you to write and say so- seemed to work for restaurant owners who wanted to serve alcohol later. Otherwise, they better pony up more than the $1.8 million in aid to childcare centers.

Wrong. That’s what I thought too but they can govern what Montgomery COunty daycares can so. That’s why the rest of Montgomery county is moving on in terms of ratios but Montgomery county is stuck at phase 2 with limited ratios.[/quote]
