[/quote] Good ideas!![/quote] I have seen the kiosk policemen in Tokyo and Kyoto. I think that they also have them in Hong Kong. They had little blue lights on their kiosks and they just patrolled around there and wrote up their reports. But everybody knew where to find a policeman and they knew everybody. Seems like a workable idea.[/quote]
