Will Virginia count the early votes by election day?  I'm planning to vote in-person next week when the satellite location near me opens, but would like to make sure that my vote is part of the numbers being counted on Nov 3.

If the counts on Nov 3 show a tight race or Trump leading, then the rest of votes come in for Biden, there's going to be all hell breaking loose in the courts.[/quote]
