Very hard to get into UVA, UNC and GA Tech from Bethesda.  Easier to get into Michigan, Berkeley and UCLA.  And Vandy, Emory and WashU for that matter.

Surprised to see UMD acceptance rate that high.  But these are some of the strongest high schools in the state.   And everybody is getting into Pitt.  [/quote]
