OP you can research the apple ballot candidates for school board, if there are any.  They are endorsed by the major teacher's union.  I wouldn't ever pull the lever on a non-apple ballot candidate without some further research, as sometimes the non-apple ballot candidates are pretty extreme, or have very limited relevant experience for the job.[/quote]

I'm middle of the road and I vote against the apple ballot. So for school board, here are the races:
Evans (incumbent, Apple ballot) or Solomon
Smondrowski (incumbent, Apple ballot) or Fryar
Dasgupta (Apple ballot) or Harris
