I would call the doctor too.  DD potty trained at 21 months and started preschool at 3.5.  She never had an accident for two years - the majority of her life.  If she suddenly had an accident in school, and there were no extenuating circumstances, I would absolutely call the doctor.  Same as if I suddenly peed my pants. [/quote]
