Has the FCPS school board announced any metrics for reopening, at least in hybrid? All I found was this "Reopening Maryland Schools: K-12 Decision Matrix", one page of absolutely nothing. https://go.boarddocs.com/mabe/fcps/Board.nsf/files/BRBHDG47FC42/$file/07.08.20%20Decision%20tree%20draft%20rev3.pdf
They may be gearing up for hybrid - a survey came out to parents a few days ago asking for feedback on how virtual learning is going for your kids, and at the end asks a couple of questions about an eventual return to school. Would you do a few days a week, would your kids ride a bus, etc. I hope this means they're working on it for the second quarter! Frederick County's 7-day positivity rate is 2.3%. Hospitalizations have been 0 in the county for a few days, a month ago it was just 4 and dropped quickly after.
