She eats what we eat just sometimes components of our meals and with a little less salt or spice. It was the same with my oldest and it helps having the same meal on the table for everyone. Sometimes she will eat a ton and sometimes she’ll refuse what she ate 2 days ago. 
There are days she only wants fruit and cheese and days she will eat 3 meatballs in a sitting. We do baby lead weaning so she stops when she’s done. My oldest was spoon fed and loved it and didn’t want to feed herself and is still pretty fastidious with her hands. The baby hates the spoon but is very good with picking up pieces from her tray.
