I would have thought adults could have a conversation with each other, or even with the coach, before involving the owner of the entire organization.

Yes, it is normal for a coach to have some level of talk regarding sideline behavior. Those who are louder or are sending conflicting messages or the wrong criticism can and should be called out for their behavior. This is especially true at U little ages. [/quote]
