I see someone mentioned they pay in Europe... yeah, major clubs that are professional. Not clubs that are in small cities/towns. Plus, those coaches are for the most part better suited and equipped than what DMV has to offer. Lawlz. I mean, do you really think a U15 and U16 coach should be getting 15-20k per year for 4.5 hours work during weekdays (at most!!) and 1 match on weekends? [/quote]
