Is your only issue age or do you have DOR, MFI, endo, etc.? If you're a good responder and want to PGT-A test everything, I'd probably go to CCRM. If you have a low AFC/don't expect to get many eggs per cycle, Dominion is known for their natural cycle IVF and has a lot of experience with poor responders. Shady Grove is a factory but works fine for people with "normal" fertility issues, particularly if you're open to donor eggs after a few cycles. As for traveling out of town, it really depends on what your issues are. CCRM Colorado is known for having one of the best labs in the country. Cornell and a few other clinics in NYC are known for DOR. There are clinics on the West coast that are doing treatments that you just can't find around here yet (aside from maybe in NYC).
Thanks! I've had 4 unsuccessful IVF cycles abroad (I tried outside the country due to cost issues). Doctors didn't detect any specific issues - I respond well to treatment but have not many of the eggs fertilized probably due to egg quality. A friend recommended Cornell as well. I'm willing to travel to NY if it means that there's a higher chance of success
