I am close to finishing my basement. I have see many great indoor gyms people have posted on internet. Would anyone here recommend links/urls to good equipment, benches and bars? There are many reports of people getting scammed online or waiting like 3-4 months until stuff arrives. My budget is $2,500 Thanks in advance.
Well, waiting 3-4 months is not unusual if you 1. Order back ordered stuff during a pandemic when EVERYONE is setting up a home gym 2. Order stuff that is being fulfilled overseas What are your requirements? Our flooring cost us $1000 alone. Good weights, budget average $1/lb. A decent bench will cost you a few hundred. Watch for things that you want eg. Does it lie completely flat and to the angle that YOU want to do flies, etc. Or, will you have a flat bench and a seated bench? What’s your footprint?
