Ugh. 3 year olds should not be wearing masks all day. That is crazy.
Not a useful comment for OP. Some daycares are requiring masks so the kids will wear them or have to leave daycare. Masks themselves are not harmful. As more useful PPs noted, the child sounds dehydrated and possibly is picking her nose or otherwise messing with her nose/the mask. OP, lots more water. She needs to be drinking AT daycare and if bet she isn't, if she's begging for water as soon as you get her after daycare. Also do get a humidifier for her room -- you want a "cool mist" humidifier, NOT a "warm mist" one. Talk with her daycare about whether kids are being given specific water breaks where activity stops and kids are told (not just asked) to drink. Push for this to happen. Young kids get busy having fun and forget to drink or to pee, so regular breaks were everyone stops to drink are important. Work with her on not touching her nose or the mask. I know--kids will touch them. But reinforce all you can.
