They could live in mansions with huge areas of land without any fire risk and with a lot more job opps and a lot less covid-19 risk.  It doesn't make sense for people to live here if the air quality and everything else is awful AND they don't have a home, clothes, food, money etc.  I'm here BECAUSE of my home only.
