OP, unless the site had details referring to specific schools asking for Sept. 1 transcripts, ignore it. It sounds like maybe you hit some information about a specific program rather than colleges in general. Go by what your kid's chosen colleges say on their applications re: deadlines. You don't need to bother with anything as generic as you describe, you only have to focus on the particular colleges' applications and deadlines. [/quote]
