With IVF you get plenty of clinics that simply refuse to accept patients who they think will lower their stats. A good friend of mine and his wife were rejected by a big clinic because they wanted to try with her eggs and the clinic thought she was too old and would only accept her as a patient if she agreed to do donor eggs. Ironically she later got pregnant on her own and had a successful birth at 45 with a healthy baby (which was amazing, but incredibly lucky) but the point is, I just doubt those rates are really worth much. Maybe if you have a known issue and there's a clinic that has particularly good rates working with that kind of patient, but I wouldn't spend much time worrying about it in a process that's already so fraught with unknowns.
