I was receiving reminders for what seemed like a month. They are asking for named children, their school, their DCPS ID number, grade, etc. I think you need to fill out the survey or otherwise contact your school to let them know what you need. they are not mind readers. I filled out the survey for each of my children. We are lucky in that we do not need a device but I understood the process was to make sure they knew what everyone had and plan to get devices to those families that indicate they need it.[/quote]
