Page 13 shows we are improving on most metrics except for cases, which even then are far lower than before.   Hospitalizations, ICUs are down - death - and any death is unfortunate - is averaging 1 a day. Testing - is way up.   About 2 weeks ago, it was hard to get free testing.   The county council expanded testing to demographics / neighborhoods that may not have easy access to testing - so that also improved.

I do not understand any major reversals in Moco.   There is a significant increase in Baltimore County and City. - numbers, hospitalizations, etc.    There are outbreaks in the eastern shore / OC.   How this drives Moco - I can't tell you.

Moco has been taking a lot of actions against kids sports activities - not sure that is the risk area . . .   They are not closing indoor dining, bars, etc.
