The only way to be able to limit her outings is to pay for the privilege. I’d suggest finding someone with a reason to be paranoid (asthma, cancer survivor) and pay them to live with you. That does not mean being available 24/7, but it would give you the right to dictate whether they leave the house during off hours.[/quote]
