Stop spreading false info, hoping that if you say it enough number of times, people will believe you. First off, Maryland is currently trending sideways, not deteriorating. Secondly MoCo continues to improve (look at hospitalization, ICU, acute beds statistics.) I would not be surprised if the 3 day positivity average is 3% within a week in MoCo.
I agree that the Disaster Is Upon Us assertions are not supported by the data, but it's true that hospitalizations/ICU hospitalizations/acute care bed utilization are lagging indicators. And number of new confirmed cases may also be a lagging indicator, unfortunately, if it's taking labs over a week to get results back. I would not say that Montgomery County is continuing to improve. Also I don't think that the numbers in Montgomery County are primarily driven by affluent DCUM-y people vacationing in Houston or Jacksonville. They're driven by low-income Latino people with essential jobs with public contact, living in crowded household conditions, with limited access to healthcare resources. So maybe the affluent DCUM-y people who have been ignoring equity issues should start paying attention to them, if only out of pure self-interest.
