They are usually at moderated to high level in use year round. Yes take covid serious and also take the common cold serious. If your kid is sick do your best to stop the spread of any sickness. Start with some of the little things you can do. teach and practice good hygiene . Eat a healthy diet to keep your immunity levels high (90 % who think they eat healthy enough dont ). Exercise very regularly. these things will give you the superior advantages to fight of the virus if you contract it. Also keep your vaccinations up to date. [/quote]
