I know there is a domestic program for Mormons out of Utah I think?
I don’t know about a “domestic program.” Your Child’s Nanny specializes in religious “nannies.” When I applied, not knowing the company’s reputation, I was told that I needed 10-15 pictures showing what I like to do with kids. My pictures of board games (child’s back visible), books, a bike with a toddler seat and a science experiment were all rejected. I was told that the pictures needed to show children’s faces, and they didn’t care how I got the pictures. Since my former employers allow me to have pictures of the children solely for my personal use, I wasn’t going to hand them over. Nor was I going to go to a park to play with random kids and take selfies with them. They didn’t care about the activities at all, just the superficial view of kids having fun with the woman. Add in that they require zero verifiable experience (I was told to count any time spent caring for my siblings, cousins and nieces/nephews), I would definitely steer clear unless you’ll be home the whole time.
