So you saw all of this and still posted a message suggesting no one cared about these victims? There is a real disconnect there.

Moreover, your original post contained a factual error. You wrote, "This kid has shot and/or killed more people in 70-odd DAYS than the entire 3,900 officer MPD in the last several YEARS.". According to the Washington Post's database of police shootings, 13 people have been killed in DC by the police since 2015:

Where was I? I have been working with DC schools and education issues and working against gun violence for as long as I can remember. That's why I was aware of the protests that you neglected to mention in your original post.
