[/quote] Generally it's a bit of both with old club and new, but primarily it's up to the new club to register your child properly. If the clubs play in different leagues it's possible to be registered for both leagues and not break any rules. I can think of only a couple times I've seen this happen where two clubs were in agreement on the situation - but it does happen albeit very rarely.[/quote]
