Are you really this stupid?  She files where she worked which is the District.  If she moved to Alaska she can file for unemployment there and her claim would be against the District of Columbia.  The ignorance of some of you is mind boggling.[/quote]

Actually this is not that common a thing to know. People like you who likely live on unemployment annually know this.  But those who do not regularly file may not. [/quote]
