My dilemma is whether to have my nanny back for those 3 weeks or not - mainly from an adjustment perspective for my kids, who are 3.5 and almost 1.5. They are both going through a really clingy phase (we have been with my parents and even after 2 months they still want DH or me and cry when my parents take them) so I know there will be a huge adjustment back to having a nanny 24/7. But, for these 3 weeks DH and I will still be home so thinking that may actually make it harder for the kids vs. ripping the band aid off and having her back in Sept once we are back to work in our offices.
