Would they be able to send it to collections and affect my credit?  I cant imagine that theyd have much of a case in court, as they charged me tuition for services that were not provided.

I imagine there will be quite a few court cases like this. It is definitely challenging paying for services you're not receiving, especially if there has been a job loss. Hopefully there will be a way to meet in the middle.[/quote]
